Job summary

Quantum Leap is seeking a junior to mid-level IT Helpdesk Technician to support and maintain internal services in a secure Linux-based environment with MacOS. The role emphasizes Apple laptop deployment, cross-platform support, and working at the Leesburg office in Virginia.

Candidates should have Linux and Mac experience, be able to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required), and be willing to work in a tightly governed, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supporting Apple laptops.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience supporting users in secure environments.
• Familiar with both Linux and Mac systems (Linux servers, Mac laptops).
• Knowledge of Apple OSX and iOS.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
