Job summary

Node.Digital's TEN Lab Manager role in Arlington, VA supports government incident response and IT operations. You will lead the Help Desk, provisioning, asset management, and SOP development, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure mission continuity. The role requires active clearance and strong MacOS/iOS support experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT/helpdesk and a proven ability to operate across physical locations with strict security controls.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship required.
Active DoD Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred).
Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
5+ years of directly relevant IT/Helpdesk experience.
3+ years of MacOS and iOS experience.
Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first–level Help Desk for the TEN Lab’s systems and accounts.
Assist new user setup of equipment, accounts and tools.
Respond to user requests via email, walk‑ins, phone calls or other communication means in a timely manner.
Create and maintain accurate tickets for Help Desk activities.
Provide support for systems administration tasks and lab SOPs.
