Job summary

Digital Consultants, LLC seeks a Helpdesk Technician to provide on-site Tier I–II support for Mac desktops and peripherals in a secure DoD environment. You will handle ticketing, troubleshooting, and device configuration to restore full operation while coordinating with network and security teams.

The role requires SECRET clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Excellent customer service and on-site availability are essential.

Qualifications

• SECRET clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification before network access.
• High School Diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of Tier I/II Help Desk or Desktop Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Tier I–II help desk and desktop support for Apple/macOS devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to restore full functionality.
• Document issues, manage tickets, and communicate status updates.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Mac workstations per standards; support security configurations.
• Coordinate with network, cybersecurity, and Mac engineering teams for escalations.
