Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. kitchen/culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate professional, fast-paced scratch kitchen.
• Open and closing duties and sanitation responsibilities.
• Coordinate with team to ensure proper ticket handling and food temps.
