Qualifikationen

• Previous Line Cook/Prep Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong culinary techniques and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent knife skills and cooking methods proficiency.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards for consistency.
• Read and process food tickets to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Execute all menu items with technique, timing, and detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure storage and production areas are organized and maintained.
• Work with BOH and FOH teams for seamless service.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism.
