THE ONE GROUP is seeking a skilled Line Cook in Dearborn to deliver high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency, while maintaining a clean, organized, high-energy kitchen that meets THE ONE GROUP’s exacting standards.

You’ll follow recipes, assist with daily prep, stock ingredients, and coordinate with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service, all while upholding food safety and sanitation. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Line Cook or Prep Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong culinary techniques and knowledge of food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always.
• Execute all menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure all storage and production areas are properly organized and maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
