THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen and deliver high-quality dishes with precision. You will work on the line, executing recipes and plating to meet the brand’s exacting standards.

The ideal candidate has strong knife skills, solid food safety knowledge, and thrives in a busy environment while collaborating with BOH and FOH teams. Evening and weekend availability required to support busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes from the assigned station with precision and speed.
• Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards to ensure consistency.
• Read and process tickets to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety at all times.
• Perform daily prep tasks and assist with kitchen setup.
• Stock ingredients and ensure proper storage and rotation.
