The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is seeking a Line Cook to join our team of hospitality professionals. This part-time position supports breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, with duties including prep work, portion control, garnishing and plating to Hilton standards.

You will open the kitchen for breakfast service and prepare food for the restaurant, bar, and hotel functions. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, and Hilton employees may participate in the Go Hilton travel program.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is a plus.
• Food handling safety certifications are a plus; the ability to obtain certifications is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Prep work, portion control, garnishing and preparation of dishes to Hilton standards.
• Breakfast opens and buffet setup; evening cooks prepare food for restaurant, bar and hotel functions.
