The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is seeking a Line Cook to join our team of hospitality professionals. This part-time position supports breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, with duties including prep work, portion control, garnishing and plating to Hilton standards.

You will open the kitchen for breakfast service and prepare food for the restaurant, bar, and hotel functions. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, and Hilton employees may participate in the Go Hilton travel program.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is a plus.
• Food handling safety certifications are a plus; the ability to obtain certifications is a requirement.

The Hilton Garden Inn - Uniontown is hiring a Line Cook to join our team of passionate Hospitality professionals. This position is part-time and can help supplement your current job.

Who we are

The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is a busy hotel serving visitors to Uniontown for 10 years. We have a restaurant, bar, and banquet space to serve guests and group needs. The hotel is managed by Prospera Hospitality, a proudly Pittsburgh based hotel management company with over 20 years of experience managing hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.

What you’ll do:

The Line Cook is responsible for prep work, portion control, garnishing and preparation of dishes according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and by the Hilton Brand.

Breakfast cooks are responsible for opening up the kitchen and setting up the buffet according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and Hilton. Evening cooks prepare food for the restaurant, bar, and hotel functions.

• This position has a starting pay of $16.50 per hour.
