Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler's certification or the ability to get it.
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Read and recreate recipes; prepare ingredients and maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen.
• Minimize food waste through cross utilization and work with a world-class culinary team.
