Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Cook to join the Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort culinary team on Florida's Paradise Coast. You will assist in production and fabrication of food, support the Chef, and contribute to high-quality dining experiences for guests across casual to fine dining settings.

Successful candidates have prior kitchen experience, a passion for culinary arts, and the ability to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Ability to learn and follow recipes and menus reflecting seasonal offerings.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in production and fabrication of food products.
• Maintain adequate production levels with kitchen staff.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure consistent food preparation.
• Keep kitchen sanitized and orderly; store items properly.
• Support with food waste reduction through cross-utilization.
