Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it.
• Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Experience using knives and various kitchen equipment.
• Recreate recipes and ensure consistency in all food preparation.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to reflect seasonal menus and concepts.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization and efficient production.
• Maintain sanitized, orderly workstations and comply with safety standards.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking and storage of ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team and uphold high standards of quality.
