Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to exceed expectations.
• Energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge in cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Gain experience with knives and kitchen equipment.
• Follow recipes and recreate dishes accurately.
• Maintain consistency across all food preparation.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
• Collaborate with a world-class culinary team.
• Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, trimming).
• Maintain sanitized, orderly kitchen environment.
• Ensure proper storage of food and items.
• Monitor and ensure quality of ingredients.
