Faena Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menus and specials in designated outlets. You will direct, train, and monitor Line Cooks while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

In this fast-paced resort kitchen you will follow recipes and yield guides, manage mise en place, and coordinate with the Sous Chef to review assignments and anticipate business levels

• Follow recipes and yield guides; assist in prep and line production.
