Job summary

SFlaHHRA is seeking a Line Cook for a full-time role in Miami Beach, FL. You will prepare all aspects of food production, follow recipes, and maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety under the direction of Executive and Sous Chefs.

The position requires quick adaptation to busy periods, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
• Basic culinary knowledge and ability to follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients (portioning, chopping, storing) according to recipes.
• Cook and plate food to standard, maintaining presentation.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and sanitation per HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain food storage areas, equipment temperatures, and cleanliness.
• Assist during busy periods and report issues to the Chef.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures.
