Qualifications

• Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients preferred but not required.
• Uncompromising work ethic and emphasis on cleanliness and accuracy.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prep, label and stock ingredients and keep an organized workspace.
• Wash, chop and prepare vegetables and meats for service.
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before service starts.
• Engage with guests to showcase passion for hospitality and food.
• Monitor ingredients for allergies and dietary concerns.
• Coordinate with Chef to communicate inventory and needs.
