Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook to lead daily kitchen operations, prepare and plate fresh dishes, and guide the team to deliver consistent quality. The role emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and high food standards on every shift.

The candidate will mentor staff, maintain sanitation, and contribute to on‑going menu updates while upholding Alltown Fresh brand values and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
• Excellent understanding of food safety, sanitation and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in preparing and cooking all menu items to company standards. Execute daily prep and ensure all stations are fully stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to line and prep cooks. Foster teamwork, communication, and efficiency across all kitchen stations.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and allergen control procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each shift.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and tracking product usage. Reduce waste by monitoring prep levels and portion control.
• Ensure every dish reflects the Alltown Fresh commitment to Fresh, Local, and Honest Food.
