Job summary

Global Partners LP through Alltown Fresh is expanding our kitchen team with a Line Cook 1. You will work with the culinary team using state-of-the-art equipment to prep ingredients, wash and chop vegetables, and ensure proper labeling and stocking.

You will prepare sauces as needed, interact with guests to showcase our passion for foodservice, and assist in interviewing and training new hires. A strong emphasis on kitchen safety, allergen awareness, and maintaining clean stations is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients by washing, chopping vegetables, and meat.
• Label and stock ingredients; keep workspace organized.
• Interact with guests to showcase passion for foodservice.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and training new culinary hires.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow safety guidelines.
