Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 for Alltown Fresh in the United States. You will work with our culinary team to prep fresh ingredients, wash and chop produce, and handle meat using state-of-the-art equipment while maintaining an efficient workstation.

You will label and stock ingredients, assist in training new hires, and communicate inventory needs to the Chef. A strong hospitality mindset and attention to allergens are required, with a high school diploma or GED and ServSafe

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prep, label and stock ingredients; maintain an organized workspace.
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before service.
• Assist in training new culinary hires and communicate with Chef.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and allergen awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the dish station and kitchen.
