Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 to join Alltown Fresh in New York. The candidate will work with our culinary team, prep fresh ingredients using state-of-the-art equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen. A passion for hospitality and attention to allergens is essential.

Flexibility is required for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe certification is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills are required.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of safe food handling and storage.

Responsibilities

• Work with culinary team using state-of-the-art equipment to prep ingredients.
• Prepare, label and stock ingredients; maintain organized workspace.
• Assist in training new culinary hires and communicate inventory needs to Chef.
