Global Partners LP’s Alltown Fresh is seeking a Line Cook to lead daily kitchen operations, prepare made-to-order and grab-and-go dishes, and guide the team to deliver consistency, speed, and excellence on every shift.

You’ll set the tone for professionalism, food quality, and teamwork, mentoring staff, ensuring food safety, and upholding Fresh, Local, and Honest Food standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of culinary experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
• Excellent understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high‑volume service periods.
• Dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented with a passion for great food.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in preparing and cooking all menu items to company standards.
• Execute daily prep and ensure all stations are fully stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning across all dishes.
• Monitor service flow, ensuring accuracy and timely ticket execution.
• Support menu rollouts, specials, and seasonal offerings as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
• Step into a leadership role when management is not present, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Foster teamwork, communication, and efficiency across all kitchen stations.
