Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to accurately prepare and plate meat, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot items. You will portion ingredients, prep before cooking, and assist with final plating while maintaining brand standards and consistent quality.

Responsibilities include following prep lists, operating kitchen equipment, keeping stations clean, and supporting the team during peak times. Prior experience and strong teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Some kitchen experience preferred, willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at start of shift for duties.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables and other items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and related equipment.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all plated dishes.
• Follow portion sizes, recipes, and kitchen policies; maintain clean, sanitary workstations.
• Prepare items for various cooking methods and garnish dishes per standards.
• Assist in closing the kitchen and supporting others as needed.
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
