M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to accurately prepare and cook meat, fish, vegetables and more, ensuring each dish meets brand standards. The role covers portioning ingredients, plating, garnishes, and maintaining quality and consistency across all menu items.

Responsibilities include following recipes, managing line stock, and closing stations with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Skilled in cooking, portioning, and preparing a variety of menu items.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to plate and garnish dishes to standard.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment.
• Follow recipes precisely and maintain standard portion sizes and presentation.
• Stock and maintain proper levels of ingredients at line stations for smooth service.
• Close the kitchen per station closing checklist and assist others with closing tasks.
• Attend meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
