M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare meat, seafood, vegetables, and other hot items with precision. You will portion ingredients, assist with final plate assembly, and ensure each dish is plated and garnished to brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Food Handlers Certification and experience in a busy kitchen, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. This role is on-site with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication with staff and managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Portion ingredients according to standard sizes.
• Plate and garnish dishes per brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation.
• Close the kitchen and follow closing checklist.
• Attend scheduled meetings and share improvement ideas.
