Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Some experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred, but willingness to learn necessary skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables and other food items for cooking using diverse equipment.
• Ensure each dish is plated and garnished according to brand standards.
• Follow recipes precisely and keep accessible during preparation.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and proper storage of products.
• Close kitchen using closing checklist and assist others with closing tasks.
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
