Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to accurately and efficiently prepare meat, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot items. You will portion ingredients, prep for cooking, assist with final plate assembly, and ensure each dish aligns with brand standards for consistency in quality, presentation and flavor.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining standard portions, stocking line stations, and keeping a clean kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables for cooking.
• Portion food products according to standard sizes and recipe specs.
• Plate and garnish dishes to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Close the kitchen using the closing checklist and assist others.
• Attend scheduled employee meetings and provide improvement suggestions.
