Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group in the United States is seeking a Cook to accurately and efficiently prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other hot items, ensure proper plate presentation, and support daily kitchen operations.

You will follow standard portion sizes, maintain a clean workstation, and assist with closing duties. The role requires 18+ years old, some kitchen experience preferred, and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Some experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred, but willingness to learn necessary skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment.
• Portion ingredients according to standard sizes and recipe specifications.
• Plate dishes with proper garnishes and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and rotate stock safely.
• Close the kitchen and follow closing checklists.
• Assist in off-peak food prep and support the Chef as needed.
