Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook for our Flower Mound location. The role involves preparing and cooking meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot items, portioning ingredients, and assisting with final plate assembly to meet brand standards.

You will follow portion sizes, maintain clean stations, stock line items, and work with various kitchen equipment to ensure consistent flavor and presentation across the menu.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Some experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred, but willingness to learn necessary skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other equipment.
• Ensure quality of products served and proper portion sizes.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and handle kitchen tools safely.
• Assist in closing the kitchen and attend scheduled meetings.
