THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Line Cook for our Miramar, FL location. You will execute high-quality menu items with precision, maintain a clean, efficient kitchen, and contribute to a fast-paced dining room.

Ideal candidates have prior Line Cook or Prep Cook experience in a high-volume setting, strong culinary techniques, and a commitment to food safety. This role requires standing for long periods and availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always.
• Execute all menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure all storage and production areas are properly organized and maintained.
• Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
