The One Group is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy kitchen in Boca Raton. You will prepare and plate high-quality dishes, maintaining speed and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow recipes, assist with prep, and ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards while collaborating with BOH and FOH teams. This role requires knife skills, culinary knowledge, and a passion for excellence.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always.
• Execute all menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure all storage and production areas are properly organized and maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
