Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knife skills and mastery of cooking methods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards for consistency.
• Read and process food tickets to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety at all times.
• Execute menu items with proper technique, timing and attention to detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, stocking ingredients, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure storage and production areas are organized and maintained.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen.
