Ideal candidates have prior line cook or prep experience in busy restaurants, strong knife skills, and commitment to food safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Line Cook or similar in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knife skills and culinary techniques.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift 50 lbs; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards.
• Read and process food tickets for timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Execute menu items with proper technique, timing, and detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks and kitchen setup.
• Ensure storage and production areas are organized.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams for seamless service.
• Follow health dept sanitation requirements.
