Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Typically 1 year of cook trainee or coffee shop line cook experience or culinary arts/apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods to be grilled, fried, broiled, or pantry items.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer specs.
• Assist coworkers to ensure efficient line operations.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely (slicers, choppers, mixers, grinders).
• Review recipes and documentation to ensure proper cooking.
• Stock and retrieve necessary food items and supplies.
