Seminole Gaming is seeking a cook/line cook to provide superior service to internal and external customers and to properly prepare foods listed on menus for grilling, frying, broiling or pantry preparation.

The role requires maintaining a clean workstation, ensuring plates meet customer specifications, and working in a hot, sometimes noisy kitchen with standard equipment like slicers and mixers. Flexibility to varying shifts is needed.

Formación

• Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Typically 1 year prior experience as a Cook Trainee or coffee shop line cook, or completion of a culinary degree or apprenticeship

Responsabilidades

• Provides superior customer service and handles interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Prepares foods for grilling, frying, broiling, or pantry; ensures plates meet customer specs.
• Recognizes sauces and places them on entrees as per menu.
• Keeps station neat and clean and assists coworkers for efficient line operation.
• Operates in a hot/noisy kitchen environment and uses standard kitchen equipment.
