Qualifications

• Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• One year of experience as a Cook Trainee or cafe line cook or completion of a culinary degree or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
