Job summary

The Quoin Hotel, part of PM Hotel Group, in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Line Cook to assist the Executive Chef in delivering impeccable dining experiences. You will prepare dishes, manage prep, and help maintain high kitchen standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following recipe cards, prepping items for service, rotating stock, and ensuring proper equipment operation and sanitation on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a prep line/cook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare estimated needs.
• Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
