PM Hotel Group in Wilmington, DE is seeking a motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This entry-level role focuses on cold and hot prep, following recipe cards, and supporting cooks during busy shifts.

You’ll maintain clean workstations, properly store leftovers, and help ensure food safety and quality. High school diploma preferred; previous food & beverage experience a plus but not required. We offer competitive pay and hotel discounts as part of our growing hospitality family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• F&B experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and handling procedures.
• Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas; clean stations at end of shift.
• Use leftovers and store leftovers properly on the hot side; assist cooks as needed.
