Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Cook to ensure flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef, delivering an unparalleled dining experience.

You will be on your feet in a fast-paced setting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, and accommodating varied night/weekend/holiday schedules, with pay, hotel discounts, and discounts on F&B as part of our growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as prep line/cook.
• Capable of thinking on your feet in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare estimated needs.
• Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
