Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Cook to ensure flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef, delivering an unparalleled dining experience.

You will be on your feet in a fast-paced setting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, and accommodating varied night/weekend/holiday schedules, with pay, hotel discounts, and discounts on F&B as part of our growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

What You’ll Do:

Our Cook is responsible for the flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef and for making sure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. No pressure.

Here are just some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for on a daily basis:

· Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.

• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs.

· Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas.

· Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.

Where You’ve Been:

You have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year’s experience as a prep line/cook. Most importantly, you’re someone who is capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations. If that sounds like you, go ahead and apply. When You’re Here:
