Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, season, finish and garnish foods during an assigned shift according to Grand Casino's standards.

You will follow recipes, know and execute menus, assist in all areas of food production, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen per health regulations while working with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks and FOH to ensure an efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant kitchen production.
• At least 1 year cooking experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to secure GRA license.
• Mille Lacs Band Member preference exercised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish and garnish foods per recipes.
• Follow recipes and production specifications.
• Knowledge and execution of menus.
• Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen per health regulations.
• Work as a team with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks and FOH.
• Follow safety and security regulations of Grand Casino.
• Execute and prioritize multiple orders with quality.
• Work across outlets of Food & Beverage.
• Perform other assigned duties to support the department.
