Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is looking for a Line Cook responsible for food preparation during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure food meets Grand Casino’s specifications and standards while collaborating with team members to achieve operational efficiency.

The role requires two years of kitchen experience, a Serv-Safe Certification, and the ability to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority. We promote an inclusive environment valuing personal growth and development.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience, with one year of cooking experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference applied.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in accordance with established recipes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area in accordance with health regulations.
• Execute and prioritize multiple orders efficiently.
