Qualifications

• Ability to manage par levels, stock rotation and buffet maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and avoid over-prepping.
• Date and rotate perishables; maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use and assist in keeping buffet stocked.
• Return unused food to storage, cover/date perishables.
• Assist in controlling food costs and reducing waste per standards.
• Operate and clean equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, etc.).
• Comply with attendance rules and work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
