Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.

• Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work with kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start prepped items and manage quantities to avoid over/under preparation.
• Rotate perishable items and maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars, set up line, and assist with buffet stocking.
• Return unused items to storage with proper date labeling.
• Help minimize food costs and waste according to Crescent standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
