Responsibilities

• Rotate perishables, date containers and keep proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use, plan prep, and assist in buffet stocking.
• Return unused items to storage and cover/date perishables.
• Assist in correcting food cost problems and reducing waste per Crescent standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment.
• Attend on a regular basis and be reliable.
