Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 to join Alltown Fresh’s kitchen team in a dynamic, guest‑facing role. You will prep, label, and stock ingredients using state‑of‑the‑art equipment, and assist in training new hires while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

Safety and allergen awareness are essential as you prepare sauces and entrees. The role requires flexible hours including weekends/holidays and a strong commitment to hospitality.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Understanding of safe food handling and storage.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and recognize team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, and stock ingredients; keep workspace organized and efficient.
• Wash, chop, and prep vegetables and meats; prepare sauces as needed.
• Interact with guests to showcase hospitality and food passion.
• Assist in training new culinary hires and communicate inventory to Chef.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and rotate stock appropriately.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dish stations and perform cleaning tasks.
