Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 to join our culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen focused on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You will prep, wash, and chop vegetables and meats, label and stock ingredients, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include training new hires, communicating inventory needs to the Chef, and ensuring allergen awareness. The role requires basic knife skills and ServSafe certification, with flexibility for early mornings,

• Basic knife and food preparation skills are required.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Prep, wash and chop vegetables and meat using state of the art equipment.
• Label, stock and organize ingredients for efficient kitchen workflow.
• Assist in training new culinary hires and maintain safety standards.
• Follow food handling guidelines and allergen awareness, noting dietary restrictions.
• Communicate inventory and kitchen needs to Chef and team.
