Job summary

Alltown Fresh, part of Global Partners LP, is expanding our team with a Line Cook 2 who brings passion for the kitchen and heart when preparing dishes from locally sourced ingredients.

You will work with our culinary team, prepping, labeling and stocking ingredients, while maintaining an organized workspace, handling sauces, ensuring allergen awareness, and delivering hospitality to guests. Training new hires and food safety are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of safe food handling and storage.

Responsibilities

• Prep, label and stock ingredients while keeping an organized workspace.
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before service begins.
• Interact with guests to showcase hospitality and passion for foodservice.
• Assist in training new culinary hires.
• Communicate inventory and kitchen needs to Chef.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
