Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 to join our kitchen team. Prepare, label and stock ingredients using state-of-the-art equipment, while maintaining an organized, sanitary workspace and ensuring safe food handling. You will interact with guests, support culinary staff, and help train new hires.

Candidates should have basic knife and food prep skills, a high school diploma or GED, and ServSafe certification preferred. Availability may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, label and stock ingredients; maintain an organized, sanitary workspace.
• Wash dishes as needed and assist with daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
• Interact with guests to showcase hospitality and product knowledge.
• Assist in training new culinary hires and communicate inventory needs to Chef.
