Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 to join our culinary team. You will prep fresh ingredients, label and stock stations, and help ensure everything is ready for service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the kitchen team, practice safe handling, assist in training new hires, and interact with guests to deliver hospitality. Flexible hours and a commitment to quality are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of safe food handling and storage.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prep, label, and stock ingredients; maintain organized workspace.
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before service.
• Interact with guests, showcase hospitality and foodservice passion.
• Assist in training new culinary hires.
• Communicate inventory and kitchen needs to Chef.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
• Rotate stock and store produce at proper temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
