Laramar is seeking a Community Manager in the Richmond, VA area to lead property operations and resident relations. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and staff, ensuring LIHTC compliance and adherence to budgets to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and reporting skills, with a focus on safety and high service standards in a multifamily setting. Richmond-based onsite position with competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management.
• LIHTC property management experience required.
• Experience with LIHTC certifications and income qualifications.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• English reading/writing capability and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee property occupancy and revenue to maximize results.
• Supervise staff including Assistant Managers and Maintenance roles.
• Follow budgets while maintaining property quality.
• Document financial goals, expenditures, and owners' reports.
• Manage leasing process and renewals; review applications and pricing.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and housing program requirements.
• Maintain resident files and income qualifications per LIHTC.
• Lead regular team meetings and drive performance.
• Maintain high-quality resident relations and timely issue resolution.
