Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in California. Under the Community Manager, you will support operations, leasing, and compliance across LIHTC properties.

You will supervise staff, participate in audits and reporting, and help drive resident retention and efficient property operations at multiple communities. Competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing.
• 1 year of LIHTC experience.
• English communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising community associates.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts.
• Ensure tax credit compliance through audits and reporting.
• Assist in preparing leasing paperwork and renewals.
• Collect rents and manage deposits; support budgeted occupancy and collections.
